I hereby acknowledge and declare the following rights as reserved to the people, under the 9th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America, as follows:

1. I reserve the right and freedom to hear, view, read, or be informed by any manner of free speech.

2. I reserve the right to seek information, recommendations, or analyses from the advisor, educator,
coach, counselor, or consultant of my choice for any reason or purpose.

     3.    I reserve the right to select or reject any individual as my personal advisor, teacher, coach,
            counselor, or consultant from the general citizenry regardless of formal training,
            claimed knowledge, education, or qualifications.

4. I reserve the freedom of choice to receive advice, education, coaching, or counseling in their most
liberal constructions, including the right to choose my own solutions and remedies to any life situation.

     5.    Further as reserved by the 1st Amendment, I acknowledge and support the right and freedom for Dr Matt
            to teach, advise, coach, consult, and counsel toward the goal of helping people learn insights in life:
